Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy:

1st Payment: 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
2nd Payment: The remaining 50% must be cleared at least 7 days before your departure.
Payment Safety: All payments must be made strictly to the official Fullstopdestination account.

Cancellation Policy:

45+ Days: Full refund minus 50% of the total package cost.
30 to 44 Days: 75% of the total package cost will be deducted.
Less than 30 Days: Strictly non-refundable (100% deduction).

Child Policy:

Ages 1 to 5: Complimentary stay.
Ages 5 to 11: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
Above 11 Years: Treated as an adult with standard rates.

Blackout Dates: Rates are not valid during festivals (like New Year/Christmas) or blackout dates.
